Car rates are based on a 24-hour rental period based on the time of pickup. Overtime and other surcharges are the responsibility of the renter. Upgrades to larger and specialty vehicles are available at an additional cost. Drivers must present a valid drivers license from country of residence. International guests with drivers licenses not in English must also have an International drivers license. Payment and Cancellation Policies: Package bookings require full pre-payment to confirm. Cancellation policies for packages are the same as the cancellation policies below. Reservation Policies Tax: State Tax 4.166% plus 7.25% Room Tax; total 11.416%. Rental Car Taxes and Fees: Package prices include the base rental car rate and state excise tax. Other fees, along with optional insurance coverage are not included in the package price. Deposit: A two night deposit is required at the time of booking with the exception of holiday period bookings, which must adhere to the holiday period deposit requirements. Deposit for Holiday Period, December 22-31, 2008: For arrivals during the Christmas holiday period noted, a seven-night deposit is required at time of booking. Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diner's Club, Discover Card, and Carte Blanche are accepted. Cancellation for Holiday Period, December 22-31, 2008: Cancellation notice received within thirty days prior to arrival will incur a charge equivalent to a minimum seven night stay of room plus State tax. Any checkout earlier than the confirmed departure date will incur a minimum seven night charge of room and tax, to include unused nights. No shows result in a charge equivalent to a minimum seven night stay of room plus State tax. Name and date changes will not be accepted for any confirmed bookings during the holiday period. Extra Person Charge (EPC): $30 per person per day. Rooms that can accommodate more than two persons are limited in availability. |
