Package Policies
Packages are based upon availability and are not combinable with any other package or program. The rates are quoted per room - not per person. No refund for unused package inclusions. Applicable taxes not included
 
Payment: Package bookings require full pre-payment to confirm.
 

Cancellation/No Show
Reservations canceled more than fifteen days prior to arrival, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations received within fifteen days of arrival, a two night room and tax cancellation charge will apply. No shows will be charged for the entire amount of the reserved stay plus State tax.

Rental Car Policies
Renter must be at least 25 yrs. with a major credit card in his/her name. Car rates are based on a 24-hour rental period based on the time of pickup. Overtime and other surcharges are the responsibility of the renter. Upgrades to larger and specialty vehicles are available at an additional cost. Drivers must present a valid driver’s license from country of residence. International guests with driver’s licenses not in English must also have an International driver’s license.

Rental Car Taxes and Fees: Package prices include the base rental car rate and State excise tax. Other fees, along with optional insurance coverage are not included in the package price. Holiday Periods

Halloween (October 31, 2010)
Minimum Length of Stay:      
All arrivals on Halloween Day require a two-night minimum stay.


Winter Holidays (December 23, 2010 - January 3, 2011)
Minimum Length of Stay: 
All arrivals during the peak holiday period of require a five-night minimum stay.


Deposit
Five-night deposit is required at time of booking.


Cancellation
Cancellation notice received after December 1st for the holiday period will incur a charge equivalent to a full stay charge, room plus State tax. Any checkout earlier than the confirmed departure date will incur a full stay charge of room and tax. No shows result in a charge equivalent to a full stay of room plus State tax. Name and date changes will not be accepted for any confirmed bookings during the holiday period.
